Like when Mick foley debuted he said so many names which are trademarked to WWE. Are we onto something here?? Can it be possible that TNA and WWE are planning to work together in near future? It is not the least bit illegal for them to merely "say names" which are trademarked by the WWE. That's why, in the past, we have seen Domino's Pizza drivers used in Pizza Hut commercials, and why we've seen guys dressed up as "Whopper Jr's" trying to order at a Wendy's drive-thru. A trademark does not absolutely ban anyone from ever VERBALLY using that word/name again. If it did, WWE would be suing all of US who ever said anything to criticize them. Vince is simply choosing to not even recognize their taunts because he views TNA as no "real" competition.....yet. I always adhere to the rule that ANY publicity is good publicity....and that's just what TNA has been giving WWE lately.Working together not in the uture or never wwe doesnt care if tna is using their trademarks bc wwe knows tna has a long i mean a lonnnngg way beore they could ever compete with them in any way shape or form so callin out wwe wrestlers names on their show is free publicity for the wweBecause if they did,TNA would get tons of publistity and WWE doesn't want that, and I highly doubt that they'll work togetherRate/Comment & Watch Full Wrestling Episodes Online..
