Sometimes, sorry many times you can not be successful without the Success of Others .

But , What ? If you have the potential to win , You have the vision , You have the zeal and you also have power to move mountains .But Still not enough for you to be really successful - Unless others are with you in the success ride .

Every One cannot be Hero like you , Charismatic like you ! . Every one cannot see what you can see as challenge . You are a leader but representing a one man army that is you, yourself only. Why one man army , simply because you do know how to develop others

With your own development . You simply do not know the art how to train , mentoring others but you this fact too . You are too focused on your own goals that you do not really understand the repercussions of being Leader of One Man Army.

Here are Eight steps on ⠜How to develop others for success! ⠜

Step 1) Build task list on daily basis for others for the purpose of developing their abilities for success .Find time no matter what , this is the basic proficiency one must

have to develop others .

Step 2) Create a Prioritized task list which provides right problems and challenges for them to develop good level of required abilities as most of the people do not know

How to pick right challenges in life?.

Step 3) Consider careers goals of others as a basis for direct daily reporting in which you can hold easy discussions .

Step 3) Suggest development plans to peers and subordinates.

Step 5) Create encouraging environment to accept new development tasks and projects as people will be reluctant to pick unknown areas, technologies which they are not confident or are not known to them.

Step 6) Look , Develop , Build plans for new ways to creatively challenge others and implements them , as sometimes even normal carrot and stick policy may fail .Only a challenge can invoke the inner strengths of person to complete certain tasks.

Step 7 ) Create a environment of positive feedback , encouraging others to reach farther and higher and to press towards goals by creating opportunities.

Step 8) Continuously Identify potentials areas to play active role in harvesting for advancement as you are responsible for others development. Never stop play your role.
